Fitness

Are you consistent in your fitness activities?

Personal fitness is an essential building block component of our life.  Yet, in the busy-ness of life, in the midst of all that we have to do, it is easy for fitness to take a back seat to other priorities.  We prioritize work, family, responsibiities and daily commitments, leaving little time or energy to care for our physical, nental, emotional, and intellectual health.  Life demands can get overwhelming.  Consequently we feel sluggish, stagnant, dissatisfied with ourselves, our weight gets out of control, and our health deteriorates.

Prioritizing our comprehensive fitness is one of the most important things we can do to show up as the best version of ourselves in our relationships, in our families, and in our work.  The better we feel, the better we act.  Fitness isn't about fitting into a mold.  It is about consistent activity, energizing ourselves, fueling our body and mind appropriately, and getting the rest we need so we are prepared to meet the demands life will throw at us.

Comprehensive Fitness

Physical - Spiritual - Emotional - Mental - Intellectual

When our bodies and minds are out of sync we know it.  Do you feel a lack of energy?  Do you feel sluggish? â€‹

Sometimes we wrongly justify inactivity because we need to spend time with family.  We neglect taking care of ourselves wrongly justifying that other priorities are more important.  The consequences add up...weight gain, reduced energy, chronic fatigue, higher risks for other health issues, brain fog, stress, decreased focus impaceting our productivity and decision making.  Emotionally, we may feel irritable, disconnected, or less patient leaving us feeling stagnant and uninspired.

Coaching will help you improve your comprehensive fitness.  By prioritizing your health you will show up with more energy, feelings of worth, and engage better with family and at work.  You will see and feel the results of your consistent diligent efforts.  You will also learn that hard work produces tangible rewards.  The self-care you prioritize will be the means of strengthening your relationships...including with yourself.
